Girls that curl is the perfect challenge for any fitness level. A group of 4-6 women is put together to match the same fitness level. Along with their trainer, they work as a team to encourage and motivate each other to achieve their goals. Teams meet on set days and times with their own trainer twice a week, for 1 hour in a 8 week challenge. By teaming up we can pass the savings to you by cutting the 1-hour personal training rate from $75+ to under $25 per session payable in 3 monthly installments.
The challenge starts with the recording of weight and measurements along with a nutritional worksheet to further insure your success.
Teammates also receive a GO-TO MEAL GAME PLAN to make sure you are on point with your nutrition by showing you a structure to follow along with GO-TO quick and easy meals that the whole family will like!
The workouts consist of a variation of cardio, weight training, core and agility to match the fitness level of each person the group.
At the end of the 8 weeks measurements are taken again and the teammate with the greatest percentage of weight loss combined with inches lost receives a $100 credit towards her next 8 weeks!
Can't Make a workout?
No problem! We have a free make-up session on Saturdays at 9:00
OR you can FLOAT to another team for a day.
